Supporting The UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
Net Zero Commitment
At the latest, we are actively working towards achieving Net Zero emissions across our entire business by 2050. Our interim targets, currently pending approval with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), include a 90% reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions compared to our 2020 baseline.
As part of the Renishaw Group of companies, we are included in their commitment to Net Zero. In November 2021, Renishaw announced their Net Zero targets and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that we are actively contributing towards. This means:
- Minimising our environmental impact
- Working in partnership with our customers, suppliers and local communities to create positive change for people as well as the planet
Sustainable Office Operations
We are committed to reducing our office’s environmental footprint through several initiatives:
- Paperless working environment: We minimise paper usage through digital workflows and document management systems.
- Recycling: We have implemented a comprehensive recycling program throughout our offices.
- Partnership with Trees4Travel: We offset our carbon footprint through partnerships with organisations like Trees4Travel, which support global reforestation efforts.
